Our Journey
SuiteSupports was founded in 2017 in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara, by a team of hospitality professionals who saw a widening gap — independent hotels and boutique properties were struggling to compete with large chains that had entire departments dedicated to marketing, technology, and revenue strategy.
Our founders believed that every property, regardless of size, deserves access to world-class tools and expertise. We set out to bridge that gap — offering the kind of strategic support that was once only available to international hotel groups, at a scale and price point that works for independent operators.
What started as a two-person operation helping local villas manage their OTA presence has grown into a full-service consultancy spanning AI technology, web development, digital marketing, and revenue management — all under one roof, all tailored specifically to hospitality.
Today, under the MingCan Network, SuiteSupports continues to grow — but our founding principle remains unchanged: every decision we make is guided by what is best for your business.
